Although country A suffers from many social and economic problems, the economic situation in this country is not as difficult as in country B. For instance, in the streets of capital B shocking scenes of homeless people or starving people are common, while in the streets of capital A such scenes are rare. Class differences in country A are also not as acute as in country B. Unlike country B, which for almost forty years has undergone processes of privatization and free economy, the economy of country A was and is still a socialist economy controlled by the authorities. In this economy there are no large gaps between rich and poor.
