    Can you please correct this

    I want to inform the HR Manager that one of our employees who went on emergency leave due to his mother's sickness did not comeback-please see belwo and correct.

    Sir,
    This is to inform you that one of our employees Mr.........., Sales Executive has gone for an emergency leave on 06/01/2011 for 10 days and he was scheduled to resume duty on 15/01/2011 but so far he didnít come back and no news about him. We have tried to contact him with his given contact details but in vain. Also his Residence Permit has been expired on 12th February 2011.

    Please advice.

He has not been in contact with us. and no news about him. We have tried to contact him with through his given contact details but in vain. AlsoIn addition to this, his Residence Permit has been expired on 12th February 2011.

    Please advice.What action do you advise?
