    zipper,what,how

    1) The zipper on my jean is moving down to unzipped even I secured well. What should I say in proper English?
    __________________________________________________ _____________

    2)

    a) What should I say in proper English?

    b) How should I say in proper English?

    Are both a & b sentences correct?

I always get confused in the usage of what and how.

    zip (formal: zip-fastener) - BrE
zipper: AmE, though it's quite common in BrE
