    look back at yourself

    Dear all,

What is the meaning of "looking back at you" in:

"Itís a little disturbing to see yourself looking back at you"

That was said by Sandra Bullock referring to her picture on a magazine cover.

    Thanks a lot.

When you look in a mirror you "see yourself looking back at you". But she was also kidding.

Also, depending on when the photo was taken, the 'back' could imply a bit of time travel!
