    new irregular verbs?

My first question (how many irregular verbs are there) has already been answered in this forum. But what about the future - what are the chances of NEW irregular verbs appearing on the scene? Have there been any new ones recently?

    Re: new irregular verbs?

New verbs tend to be regular. Even one based on irregular verbs, like imput/imputted, tend to obey the rule of regularity.
