    The young revolutionaries

Please, check if the following passage is grammatically correct. Thanks

Unlike Mr. O, who hastened to voice in favor of the young revolutionaries, most of "Eu"'s leaders kept silent on the historical and unexpected events which the region has been undergoing. Although part of them denounced the use of violence against the protesters, most of them declined to join Mr. O's administration in calling on Mr. H to immediately step down. Only after the revolt in "Eg" had already become a fact, we saw "Eu" siding with the young revolutionaries, while still keeping good connections with the top military commanders who control the state de-facto.
