    Two to a cell??

This is a talk about a prison called Lompoc.

"Two to a cell, 10 to a shower."

    What does it mean?
Is the prison in Lompoc very severe?

    mioumama.
This describes a prison where every cell has two prisoners in it and they are made to take showers ten prisoners at a time. It sounds severe but I suppose it depends on what your experience with other prisons is.
