sigh a trouble or sigh with a trouble

"The youth are often too weak to get through an ordinary gym class, and it's horrible, but this is our reality today", sighs a trouble Kondratyuk.

I've got a bit of a problem here. The way I take it there should have been either "sihgs with a trouble" or "sighs troubled Kondratyuk"?

Re: sigh a trouble or sigh with a trouble

I think "...sighs troubled Kondratyuk." would also be OK.

Since Kondratyuk has been mentioned several times in the article and is well known to the reader there is no need to put the indefinite article.
