    commemoration or?

What would be the best phrase on a badge?

In commemoration/remembrance/good memory of XYZ ???

It is a sort of souvenir to remember the cooperation between the two companies, and one of the companies presents with the badges the other company's representatives visiting the first company's premices .
XYZ is a company name like for example ORNL or INL etc.

I have a doubt here because some phrases relate to the dead. And this is not the case!

    Thank you!

    Re: commemoration or?

    Commemorate has positive connotations.

To commemorate the ground breaking of our first joint venture...
To commemorate the completion of our joint project..
To commemorate 1.000,000 hours worked with no injuries...
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
