    to tell/telling

    I wonder if (1)=(2).
    1. Who do you think you are, telling me what to do?
    2. Who do you think you are, to be telling me what to do?
If (1)=(2), I wonder if there is subtle difference between (3)and(4).
    3. Who do you think you are, to tell me what to do?
    4. Who do you think you are, telling me what to do?

They all mean essentially the same.
