    Re: do taxes?

I'm not sure of your context, but I can tell you that I haven't done my taxes yet.

By that I mean that I have yet to complete the forms that I must file with the US government, reporting my income (and the expenses that are deductible from those taxes) for the year 2010. Based on the bottom line, I either owe less than the money withheld from my paycheck over the course of the year and I will get a refund, or I will owe more than the money withheld and will have to make an additional payment.

"Tax Day" is usually April 15 each year, but this year, we actually have a few extra days because of a holiday. Usually I end up doing my taxes around April 13 each year.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
