    what does "one on one interaction" mean?Does it mean like face to face?

    masterding.
    It means interaction between two individuals.
    The two people are often face-to-face as in a counseling session or interview, but they could be interacting one-on-one over the phone.

    'One-to-one' is the more normal BrE expression.
