Plural of doctor's report

I'm not sure what the plural of "doctor's report" is. My instinct tells me that it's "doctors' reports," but could it actually be "doctor's reports"?

"Such documents may reveal information about a person's health; e.g., they may contain doctors' reports."

Your italicised sentence is fine, as the reports of more than one doctor will be included.

'Doctor's reports' are multiple reports of the same doctor.
