I'm not sure if you could use bear in this context, but if you could it'd have to be 'bore' not 'borne'. It's rather formal and also I'm not sure if it's not human-specific. How about: nookie gave birth to three cute puppies or nookie had three cute puppies.

I agree with nyota, but cbod, you need to capitalise Nookie, the name of the dog, and the first word of every sentence.

In some American dialects it would be natural to say this, but it is not standard as it omits the auxiliary verb.

There's nothing wrong with "Nookie has borne three cute puppies."
