    Depending on what you intend it to mean, either may be correct or incorrect.
    Could you give some more detail on what you are trying to say.

    Is the finish date intended to be the ex-works date or the delivered to customer date?
    Is the "cargo completion" date intended to be the "packed ready for shipment/Ex Works" (EXW) date, "delivered Free on Board" (FOB) date or the anticipated (DDP) delivery to the customer date?

    Again, I don't understand what you want to say. Use plain English, Zoe.

    For example, 'Please let us know when the goods will be delivered'.

    Or 'By what date do you want the order to be completed?'
