    Is this sentence correct:

    You can go in the first lounge only if you are a woman but you can go in the second lounge regarless. (meaning.... regardless of whether you are a man or a woman)

    "Regardless" is not appropriate here.
    I would word it something like this.

    Only women may enter the first lounge, the second lounge is open to everyone.
    or
    Only women are admitted to the first lounge, the second lounge is open to everyone.
