    a model of efficiency

    Hi, there.
I heard an actor was speaking like this:
"... Bear with me. I am making all this up. I am a model of efficiency..."
Haven't found it around the idioms. Is it one of them and what that means?

Thank you, in advance, for your reply.

It's not an idiom as such. It's literal, but he's using it ironically. In fact, he's not a model of efficiency.
You can translate "model of efficiency" literally into any language you know, and you should be able to intuit a meaning. Do you want to have a guess?
