    Post What is the difference?

We can both use these words, but What is the difference? capital worlds are the ones I think are right

An animal sanctuary is under Strain/stress/load/pressure to close because is being run illegally.

    Thanks in advance!

I think you would find "pressure to close" (i.e. the action of an entity against another entity) to be most appropriate in that context even though "strain/stress" could be used. I would certainly not use "load" because it suggests to me a physical constraint.
