    "Our boss has agreed that we should release the document to you. Kindly send us the payment slip as soon as possible".

    Without more context it is difficult to know how important the element of "favor" is.
    This version suggests that you have considered his request and decided in his favor:
    "Our boss has agreed to your wish that we release the document to you. Kindly send us the payment slip as soon as possible".
