Where I live (Eastern Canada) and I believe throughout North America we say [FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]ˈdaɪ[/FONT][/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]p[/FONT][/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot][FONT=&quot]ə[/FONT][/FONT][/FONT]

Both are possible.
Dictionaries disagree on which one is more common, though I've mostly heard /daɪpɚ/.

They are interchangeable.......oor
