Jone has been thinking of Tom deeply every second.

1/ Is the above sentence correct in grammer?

    2/ Shall I say,

Jones has Tom deeply spinning around in her head every second.

    Re: spinning

You can have an idea spinning around in your head -- but usually when you're trying to solve a problem or try something new. You don't use it to mean you are thinking obsessively about something.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
