I've made a sentence but I can't sure that is right.

A dish washer cleans in dishes itself.
A dish washer cleans dishes.
And the dishes is in the dish washer.
I want make a sentence using the "itself".
Can I ask a one more question?
Is that right sentence?
A dish washer that cleans dishes itself is very handy.
It's OK grammatically. But a dishwasher that doesn't clean dishes by itself is kind of pointless.
You can have a self-cleaning oven.
