    Door number 2?

What is "Door Number 2"? She seems to be in a hard situation to say the answer, and is it something hard to say or like "I'll take the fifth or no comment"?
What is "factor it in"? The dictionary says "include", but I don't get it in this context.

Jim- do you always tell me, you know, when you see spirits?

Or are there so many of them you don't even mention it?
    Melinda- Door number 2

Jim- I don't know how you deal with that

    Melinda- I just factor it in,move on.I guess I'd go crazy if I didn't

    Melinda- Door number 2

I believe this is a reference to the US TV game show Let's Make A Deal, and refers to the fact that his second option is the correct one. I think someone else will be able to explain its relevance better than I can.

Melinda- I just factor it in, move on. I guess I'd go crazy if I didn't
"Include" is close. She is saying that her ability to see spirits all the time is something that she just has to accept and live with. If she resisted it or let it bother her she would go crazy.
