    1) Stop mention her.

    2) Stop mention about her.

    Which is correct?

    Neither. "Stop mentioning her."
    It's always "Stop doing something" - whether you need any prepositions.
    "Stop talking to her."
    "Stop hitting her."
    You "mention something".
