    come, has come

May invited Bo to attend a Christmas party. Bo's mum replied as follow:
    __________________________________________________ _____

I will confirm with Bo as soon as she comes back from China first.

    __________________________________________________ _____

    1. Can/Shall I replace she comes back by she has come back?

    2. Do you think I should omit first in this sentence?

    3. Any other suggestion?

    My questions:

    1. "May invited Bo to attend a Christmas party. Bo's mum replied as follows"

If the reply is more than one sentence, shall I say as follow instead of as follows?

    2. Why shouldn't I replace she comes back by she has come back? I was taught in school years ago that the tense following as soon as is present/past prefect.

    3. Can I replace as soon as by:

    a. when
    b. while
    c. whilst
    d. upon (upon her returning from China)
    e. as
    f. once

'As soon as she has come back..' is fine, in my opinion.
