    am used to

    I am used to Thailand
I am used to horses. I saw these sentences.
What does it means, Is it meaning? I always go to Thailand or I have been living in Thailand.
The second one, Is it meaning? I always ride the horses.
    Thank you.

    Sir,
I saw these sentences on internet in grammar section (be used to). There was no context so I couldn't understand its meaning.
    Thank you.

    Not a teacher,
"used to" basically means accustomed to.

    Re: am used to

    Correction.

    1. be used to =something that you have experienced so much that it is no longer strange or new

    e.g

I am used to the weather now...
    or
I am used to working hard...

    2. Used to + infinitive = A past habit or state that is no longer true..

    e.g
    I used to play football..
I used to have long hair..
