    relax oneself?

    hi,

    Is the usage of "relax onself" correct? because I found a lot of similar usage on the web but not in dictioanries. Is it correct usage?

    You'll find many strange things on the web. I wouldn't use it.

    I'm quite surprised here because I often use 'relax oneself' too. But I couldn't find it in dictionaries either. I guess I didn't feel anything wrong because this is one common way Chinese uses 'relax'. Got to be more careful in the future.

    express oneself

    hi,

    Is the subject of the following sentence correct?


    My English is not good enough to express myself.

    Shouldn't the subject of "express oneself" be "a person?"

    There is nothing wrong with using "relax oneself". e.g. "One should relax oneself first before doing strenuous exercises."
