Let's just start with the foremost effective stamina exercise, swimming. Swimming has always been very effective exercise for increasing stamina. Swimming daily will not only increase your stamina greatly, but it will also improve your reflexes and breathe holding ability. Swimming is also good for your legs, arms and heart. This way, it will not only increase your stamina, but it will also help you to remain in good shape. You can also jog inside your house if you want, but it will not be that effective as former. So, try jogging for at least 30 minutes which will also burn 200+ calories from your body, besides increasing your stamina. You can take breaks as necessary

Cycling is yet another effective way of increasing your stamina. You can take your bicycle outside for this or you can also use the stationary bikes available in gyms. Besides increasing stamina, cycling will also improve your muscles and burn calories from your body. Using your bicycle is more effective than using a stationary bicycle as it takes extra energy, because of the landscape. So, try cycling for at least 1 hour daily. You can take breaks as necessary.
