    Is the following sentence acceptable?

    Discover your potential and advantages and use them to create new ideas.

    I am not a teacher, but advantages doesn't sound quite right to me in your sentence. It would sound much more natural if you used an adjective to modify advantages:

    "Discover your underlying potential and natural advantages and use them to create new ideas."
