    careful of/about/with/in

We should be as careful of/about/with/in our words as of/about/with/in our actions.

Do all four prepositions work for the sentence without major difference in meaning?

    Thank you in advance.

I wouldn't use "in", the others are all acceptable.

Thanks, bhaisahab. Might I ask you again if we could use the three prepositions with money and fire:

We should be careful of/about/with fire.

We should be careful of/about/with money.

    Thank you again.

No, I wouldn't use "of", I'm not sure about "about" either. I would use "with".
