I want to talk about food and our health!
My father often says that when we have a good health, we'll have a lot of dreams, but when our health are pour we'll have just one dream, that is a good health. We need provide enough nutrient for our body so that we have a good health.
When we was a baby we had a singular diet. Our parent always tried to cook for us rich of vitamin meal so as we grow much. Grower, we will eat things as our parent eat. Although our parent always want we have a good heath, they are not dietitians. And the life changes everyday, more and more busy.We have many worries about our daily life. The more we grow,the less we think about our health.
We are so busy that we haven't enough time to prepare healthy meals for us. We more often go to the restaurants or buy pre-packaged foods. But many restaurants sever healthy food with sauce or dressing that uses a lot of oil, fat, or sugar. Fast foods are also very high in fat, sugar, and sat and so we should eat them in small amounts. Fast food is popular not only because it is convenient but also it is tasty. Preservation food is a problem, that need to take care of. Nowadays the scientists are trying to solve problems, those concern with food hygiene and safety.
Take care of ourself by make sure that you receive all of the vitamins and minerals that are vital to a healthy diet. In my opinion, nothing is as good for our body as fresh food. Spending time to prepare healthy meals for yourself and loved ones,please.
