    please check my sentence, thanks

After checked with the factory, they really have the packing material can help to pack. Please must confirm today ship by LCL or FCL, as we have not enough time arrange shipment.

It's not very clear , Zoe, I know you can do better. Try again.

    Hi Zoe

"The factory have advised that they have packing material available to ship on either an LCL or FCL (Incoterms) basis.

Please confirm today whether you wish us to ship as LCL or FCL, otherwise we will not
    have enough time arrange shipment."

    Hope this helps
    R21

PS For others: FCL=Full Container Load, LCL=Less-than-full Container Load, i.e. it gets shipped as part of a container with other people's goods. Incoterms are the basis for cross-border shipments established by the International Chamber of Commerce. See "FCA" under: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incoterm
