    "Scan and go" is usually a kind of payment system where you just swipe your card and can go through or, in this case, take/leave your car. You don't need to do anything else such as talk to the personnel or enter your PIN, etc.

    Some credit cards have something called "tap and go". You just tap your card on the card reader at the checkout and you're good to go. No need for PIN or signature.
