Neither is correct. I'm not sure what you want to say, but possibly: "If he doesn't (does not) run onto/into the road, he won't (will not) be injured" or "If he hadn't run..., he wouldn't..."

If he didn't run... suggests that he does this repeatedly- you think he might learn after being run over a few times. ;-)
