Smile Is this correct use? "is redirects"

    Hello All,

I have a confusion in the following sentence:

The URL you have provided is redirects to another page.

    I think it should be,

The URL you have provided redirects to another page.
    OR
The URL you have provided is redirect to another page.

Please give me a suggestion that which one is correct.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Heather

"The URL you have provided redirects to another page." This is correct, the others are incorrect.
