What is the meaning of the expression:

"That's for me to know and you to find out" in:

A: I can't imagine why you're so interested in this piece of junk.
B: That's for me to know and you to find out.

Doea he mean, "i won't tell you. You have to find out yourself"???

It's a less curt way of saying "that's none of your business" which in English-speaking cultures is considered somewhat rude, even when justified.
