    "a change of your address" and "your change of address"
    You can also report a change of your address by mailing DOR at...
    If you are sponsored by other organizations or schools you must report your change of address to your visa sponsor directly.

    Are both a change of your address and your change of address correct?

    Personally, they are both correct. You can use either one of them.

    If you try to exchange one phrase for another sentence, it still makes perfect sense. Well, at least, it is to me!
