    Are these sentences correct:

    1-You have had a lot of trouble, but I will try to spare you even more trouble.
    2-I have spared you a lot of trouble, and I will try to spare you even more trouble.

    3-You have had a lot of trouble, but I will try to spare you more.
    4-I have spared you a lot of trouble, and I will try to spare you more.

    They are fine, but 3 & 4 are more natural. There is no need to repeat "trouble" in the same sentence.
