    Hi all,

    Is this sentence correct ?

    It can be seen that Asia-pacific has much higher consumption of oil with 21 million barrel/day than others except the USA and Canada

    but you wrote a

    ........... has a much higher..............

    according to oil - definition of oil by Macmillan Dictionary
    definition number 1, oil in uncountable and
    consumption is uncountable too
    consumption - definition of consumption by Macmillan Dictionary

    would you mind explaining the ''a'' ?
