I am confused about how to express the idea as following.

(1) I feel relieved that I have solved the problem.

In #1, it implicates that the problem I have already solved. However, if the problem has not been solved, and then the problem is to be solved in the future. So how do we express the idea? Is sentence #2 acceptable?

(2) I think it will be a great relief to solve the problem.

I think your sentence #2 is acceptable. You could also say:

"I will feel relieved when I solve the problem."

or

"I will feel relieved when I have solved the problem."

I think both of these sentences have the same basic meaning even though the tenses are slightly different.
