    free on-line lesson plan

    Any free on-line lesson plan for:

    1. teaching an adult customer service (eg receptionist, any other related field)

    2. teaching phonic in a fun way, if not, any step by step approach would be fine)

    3. teaching kid in 5 years old oral English and common words
