    Please check out the following sentences. Which is acceptable?

    (1) He is an enthusiastic person, who is bounded to help you.
    (2) He is an enthusiastic person, who will definitely help you.
    (3) He is an enthusiastic person, who will certainly help you.

    There's also an archaic past participle 'bounden', which is only( - chiefly, anyway) used in the collocation 'bounden duty'. Saying 'This is your bounden duty' is more emphatic than saying 'This is your duty'.
