    The scope and nature of products and services offered by private banking.

    Does 'nature' work here (to mean 'kind')?

    Yes, nature is used correctly in your example. It is not a complete sentence though, only a phrase.

    Yes, you're absolutely right. I probably should've added it's meant to be a heading, so that's okay.
