'the' in a table of contents

    (The) History of private banking
    (The) Concept of private banking
    (The) Objectives of private banking

Should I skip the if they're headings in a table of contents?

    Not a teacher.

    Don't know.
... the only reason I can think of would be that it would be easier to look up, alphabetically, on a word processor.
