Is correct to say has she eaten an apple? No, She hasn't. She ate an orange.
It's acceptable for two people in a dialogue to say that. A: Has she eaten an apple? B: No, she ate an orange.
But it would be more common for B to use the same tense as A. It just happens that way, since people tend to accommodate other people's way of phrasing things - unless, of course, there is a grammatical need to change tenses.
