    1. These "places" make strange angles and curves. One Street crosses itself a time or two. An artist once discovered a valuable possibility in this street. Suppose a collector with a bill for paints, paper and canvas should, in traversing this route, suddenly meet himself coming back, without a cent having been paid on account!

    a. What is meaning of 'bill'? Bill like bank note or list of things or something else?
    b. Who is collector? An painter os just a men who needs paints, papers and canvas?
    c. When he suddenly meet himself coming back he hadn't pay money for this things or what?

    a. "Bill" means the invoice for the paints, papers and canvas.

    b. "Collector" is the person who is supposed to collect payment for the "paints, papers and canvas".

    c. Because the street is criss-crossing itself, the "collector" may go back to where he started from before collecting any payment for the "paints, paper and canvas".
