    small para...please check

So you thought that increasing home loan interests, surging inflation & skyrocketing real estate prices has made it impossible for you to own your dream home. Think again. In todayís world when you get everything on EMIs; cars, jewellery and even mobile phones. Why not home? Now for the first time in India, indeed in the world, you can buy home on EMI. Yes you read it correct; HOME ON EMIs. Still donít believe it, just pinch yourself. Because itís a time not just to dream but to make it a reality; RH group have made OWNING YOUR HOME THAT EASY NOW for you.

I don't know what EMI is, so it's hard to correct this.

I'm sure you know the style is VERY informal. I don't know if your tone is right for this message.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

EMI appears to be common in India; it appears to be something like Hire Purchase, or buying on credit:

Shall I go for EMI (Equated monthly installment), [Should you buy something on EMI]
