Is it correct to pronounce gunmen as gun-men?

I know in some varieties, gunman is pronounced as either gun-mn or gun-man. But how about gunmen? Only gun-mn apply?

Both 'gunman' and gunmen' are usually pronounced the same - /gvʌnmən/, /gʌmmən/.

In nearly all compunds ending in '-man', the plural form is pronounced in the same way as the singular. Context and co-text tell us which is meant. They are written differently.
