A motorcycle taxi came to an abrupt stop, kicking up a cloud of red dust.
More dust in the teeth.

Hello. Could you please tell me what 'More dust in the teeth.' means?
Does it mean there is dust all around?
Please help. Thank you.

I think it is to be read literally. The motorcycle stopped and a bunch of dust was kicked up. The dust got in his teeth.

In a car, the driver is protected from rain, dust, mud and other nasties because he's enclosed, but a motorcyclist is exposed to all the elements. If someone suddenly raises a cloud of dust near you while you're sitting on a Hog, the sand and grit will get in your eyes, your teeth, your hair and everywhere else.
