Put the verbs in the bracket into Present Perfect Continuous Tense:

1. I ______________ (wait) about half an hour.
2. It _______________ (rain) for two days now. There'll be a flood soon.
3. You ______________ (drive) all day. Let me drive now.
4. I'm on a diet. I _______________ (eat) nothing but bananas for the last month.
5. Ever since he came to us that man _____________ (try) to make trouble.

2. have been raining
3. have been driving
4. haven't been eating
5. have been trying

Hi,
my answer for your question 2 would be "has been raining" because of "it".
question 4 : have been eating
question 5 : had been trying because of the word "ever since".
